It translates as black mountain bicycle (following is chinese mandarin translation) First word is "hei" (black) Second word is "shan" (mountain) Third, fourth and fifth are "zi xing che" (bicycle)
I've been in contact with Mr Varley about a hei shan zixingche and I'm deciding between the road and cross and then which color in the cross. Currently riding a Masi designed by Mike and it's such a smooth ride. Decisions, decisions! Beautiful bike btw.

ReplyDeleteThe value proposition of these bikes is hard to beat. I'd go road unless you need clearance for >33's. My road bike easily fits jack browns...
